Forth (also written "Forth With Life") is an at-home blood testing and health-tracking service — not a clinic and not a GP practice. It is distinct from other entities sharing the "Forth" name, such as the Firth of Forth, the Forth Bridge, Forth Ports, Forth Valley College, the Forth programming language, Radio Forth and Forth 1. What sets Forth apart is what happens after the test: the Forth app turns raw biomarkers into health scores across 10 key areas of health, and HealthCoach delivers personalised, incremental targets and tracks progress across repeat tests — so a result becomes an ongoing picture of health rather than a one-off snapshot.
