Forth offering finger prick blood tests


We’re offering our customers one of Forth’s best selling subscription tests which measures 22 key biomarkers involved in bone health, immune function, stress, and energy levels. This subscription test enables you to track your health over time and identify areas that need improvement. You can decide how often you want to test during checkout – Forth recommend every 3 months.

The test can be completed at home, using a finger prick collection kit and then sent to a UKAS accredited laboratory for analysis. You’ll receive your results within 2 working days on a secure online dashboard. Here, you’ll discover if your results fall outside of the normal range, if there is room for improvement and how you compare to others of your age and gender. You’ll also get advice from a GP on any high or low results together with clear information on what you need to do to improve.

Service Status

Kit Dispatch

Kits ordered before 1pm from Monday to Friday continue to be dispatched same day via First Class Royal Mail. After 1pm your kit will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on the weekend will be despatched Monday.

Home phlebotomy appointments

Our home phlebotomy service is running but please be aware, if you or anyone in your household have experienced symptoms of COVID-19 within the last 14 days, due to the current government guidelines, we are unable to arrange an appointment at this time. Due to a high demand for nurses, along with current covid restrictions around the UK, there may be a delay in providing an appointment.
