How do I upgrade to a phlebotomy draw for a test I have already purchased?

If you have already ordered a test and wish to upgrade to a phlebotomy draw, you are able to do so in the 'My Orders' section of your dashboard. Log into your account, click the 'Manage Account' button in the top right of your screen (or the menu button on mobile devices), and then click the 'My Orders' button.

You should see any orders you have placed within this section. Locate the order you wish to upgrade to a phlebotomy draw, and click the icon of a nurse. A pop up will appear, giving you the option to order a kit only, to arrange for a draw at your local clinic, or to book an appointment with one of our phlebotomists.
