How often
should I track?

We recommend testing every four to six months to build up the most accurate picture of your own biological profile. By testing regularly, you’ll be able to see how your body responds to changes like alterations in diet, nutrition and exercise, hormone levels, stress and illness.

Our Forth subscription packages are a simple way to do this; you choose how often you want to receive a kit and we’ll send one out automatically at the chosen interval. All you need to do is complete the sampling, set it back and check the app for your updated biomarker results.

What are the advantages of regular testing?

Every person is unique, so while there are recommended ranges for certain biomarkers, there can be a lot of individual variation within this.

If you want to know whether a biomarker result or variation is significant for you, you can get a much better idea of this if you know what your own individual ‘normal’ levels are, and the best way to do this is to get plenty of data through regular testing. The more datapoints you have, the better our experts will be able to identify the Critical Difference Threshold or CDT for you, and therefore decide whether a significant physiological change has happened.
