Our test kits are dispatched by Royal Mail First class and usually will arrive within 1-2 business days. Very rarely, kits may be delayed within the postal system.
If your test kit does not arrive within 7 business days, please contact our support team at [email protected] confirming your delivery address and we’ll send you a replacement kit to you free of charge.
