How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel and re-activate your subscription through your Health Dashboard at any time.

To do this, please log into your account and go to ‘Subscriptions’. Here you will see your subscription and a button labelled ‘Manage” where you have an option to cancel your subscription.

Your subscription will then be cancelled straight away and you also have the ability to restart it at any time through the same method.
