I have a subscription, how often will I receive my kit?
With some of our health checks, such as Baseline and Baseline Plus, you are given the option to set up a regular subscription at the time of purchase to enable you to monitor your health and the improvements you have made.
When you add the subscription product to your basket you can select whether you'd like the kit to be dispatched to you every 3, 4, 6, or 12 months. We recommend every 4-6 months in order to track improvements over time and establish your normal levels.
Your results dashboard provides a count down for when your next kit will be delivered.
You can amend the frequency of your subscription by visiting your results dashboard and clicking the 'Manage Subscription' button next to the product you've ordered. You can also cancel your order from here.
