How will I receive my results?

When your results are available, we will email/text you to let you know that your results are available via your secure dashboard.

You will then be able to login to view your results and your comment from a doctor on any out of range results.

While most tests are received within 2 working days of the lab receiving your sample, markers such as Omega 3 & 6, Vitamin A and Vitamin E require up to 10 working days.
