Your personalised recommendation

Your test is ready.

Based on what you've told us, here's where we'd suggest starting.

Sample collection recommendation

Sample collection note:
Collection method note: Your personalised test includes folate, which has high failure rates from finger-prick samples. We recommend collecting via Tasso (at-home wearable) or phlebotomy (clinic visit) to ensure an accurate result.

When to take your sample

Cortisol: Your personalised test includes a cortisol measurement. For an accurate result, this sample must be taken between 8–10am (within 1–2 hours of waking).
Testosterone: Testosterone follows a strong diurnal rhythm and is highest in the morning - please collect your sample between 8 and 10am (within 1–2 hours of waking) for an accurate result.
Thyroid medication: For the most accurate thyroid results, please test before taking your morning dose of levothyroxine.

About your results

Hormonal contraception noted: Because you're on hormonal contraception, some hormone results will look different to what you'd expect without it - hormonal contraception suppresses certain hormones as it's designed to. We'll flag this in your results.
Statins noted: Your cholesterol results will reflect your medicated levels. We'll flag this so you can see the full picture.
Diabetes medication noted: Your HbA1c result will reflect your medicated state - that's a good thing, showing how well your blood sugar is being managed.
PSA context for Black men: PSA levels in Black men can be naturally higher than in other groups - this doesn't mean something is wrong. Your result will be reviewed with this context in mind. We'd always recommend discussing PSA results with your GP.
