Are the labs accredited?

Yes. Your sample is analysed in the same UKAS-accredited (ISO 15189) laboratories the NHS uses. ISO 15189 is the internationally recognised gold standard for medical laboratories, covering the quality, safety and technical competence of every test they run.

In practice, that means your sample is processed to exactly the same rigorous protocols your GP would rely on, and your results are then reviewed by our in-house clinical team before you see them.
