Can I get a replacement home blood test kit?

If you have been unsuccessful in collecting the correct amount of blood, you can order a replacement kit which can be done through the 'My Orders' section of your Health Dashboard account. A replacement kit costs £10.00.

Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team by emailing [email protected] and request a replacement kit - please include your original order number within the email.
