How do I set up and access my account?

When you purchase a test from us on the website you will be asked to set up your account as part of the checkout process. Use the login details you created during checkout to log into your account on the website. You can sign in here.

If someone bought the test as a gift, there are instructions on how to set up an account in the top right-hand corner of your lab request form that comes with your kit.
