Yes. It is important that you are able to easily share your results with your own GP, which is why we’ve created the ability for you to download a copy of your results from your Health Dashboard.

Your home blood test results from Forth will be released to your secure Health Dashboard. You will set up an account either during checkout, or when you activate your kit. This account gives you access to your results on your Health Dashboard.
