Here at Forth we’re passionate about giving our customers a better understanding of their own health, together with advice about the simple things you can do to start making improvements.

Navigating our way to better health can sometimes be confusing, particularly as we’re often bombarded with conflicting information. As a result, it can be difficult to know where to start, or if what we are doing is making any difference.

Forth enables you to scientifically measure if your lifestyle choices and the changes you make are having a positive impact on your health, rather than leaving it to guesswork. We’re excited by what we’ve built so far and the future ahead.

We are an award-winning team, winning Welsh Innovation of the year and are finalists this year in both Welsh Medtech and Welsh Digital company of the year. We have our fingers crossed.

Our App is the core of our business, allowing people to easily and securely view their results and have access to helpful information on the steps they can take to improve their health.
