Getting the insights you need to improve your health has never been easier.
1. Build your test
Create a blood test that’s completely personalised to you. Choose from over 40 individual biomarkers across key health areas, or add curated biomarker groups to target specific goals like hormones, nutrition and heart health.
2. Collect your sample
Your kit arrives by post with everything you need for a simple home collection. For certain markers, a small blood sample from your vein may be needed, and you can choose between a convenient home visit or a nearby clinic appointment with one of our trusted phlebotomy partners. Either way, it’s quick and easy to return your sample using the prepaid envelope.
3. Get your results
Your sample is analysed and reviewed by a member of our medical team. Results are delivered to your secure dashboard, with personalised insights, health scores and guidance to help you take meaningful action for your wellbeing.

What are the benefits of building my own test?
Building your own test gives you complete control over what you measure. Whether you’re tracking symptoms, monitoring a condition, or focusing on prevention, you can choose the exact biomarkers that matter to you – making your test more relevant, efficient, and cost-effective.
How does it work?
Simply visit the bespoke builder, select the biomarkers you want to include, and place your order. We’ll send you a kit to collect your sample at home, which you then post back to our lab. Once analysed, your results will be available in your secure online dashboard.
Can I save my custom test for next time?
Yes. After purchasing, your personalised test will be saved to your Forth account, so you can easily re-order the same combination in future.
When will I get my results?
Your results will usually be available within 2 working days of your sample reaching our lab. We’ll notify you as soon as they’re ready to view in your dashboard. Some biomarkers, such as Omega 3 & 6 have a longer turn around time.
What kind of tests can I make?
You can build a test that’s as focused or comprehensive as you like. From checking a single biomarker to creating a full-body health check, you’re in control of the test’s size and scope. Our bespoke builder covers key areas including hormone health, heart health, nutrition, liver and kidney function, inflammation, metabolic health, and more.
